Lucy Dickins - Variety500 - Top 500 Entertainment Business Leaders

Last year, the promotion to her current title made Dickins the first woman to oversee a major agency’s music division. And just last month, when she won the Music Industry Trust Award in London, she became only the second woman to be so honored in that ceremony’s 32-year history. While she has relocated to Los Angeles, she’s not neglecting her old stomping grounds, as Josh Javor, previously at X-Ray Touring, came on board to become co-head of WME’s London office, bringing with him clients Coldplay, Eminem, Phoebe Bridgers, Boygenius, Queens of the Stone Age and Cigarettes After Sex. One of Dickins’ clients, Adele (who is managed by Dickins’ brother Jonathan), finished her 68-date, sold-out residency at Caesars Palace but will return for 32 more next year, while Olivia Rodrigo kicks off a 72-date global tour in February, with all shows already sold out.
